As we reach the closing stages of our fundraising drive, we're pleased to announce that we've reached our minimum fundraising target. The money raised is crucial in covering our running costs, as we have no external funding for this event. 

Last week a meeting took place which has laid the foundations for the marketing and advertisement campaign which will start soon, and marks the beginning of tickets for this event being made available. 

Tickets are required for the event due to venue capacity, but they will be free and are open to anyone.

We look forward to welcoming people to this event.
